Directions for Use:
Use one tablespoon of herbs, place it in the cup, and pour hot water over it one hour before bedtime. People with chronic sleeping disorders may begin from the late afternoon, consuming it 2 to 3 times with one hour between each tea, using one tablespoon of herbs each time.
